NINE-8ths Irish plays the music that originates in ireland and Scotland, but of course changed after hitting the Americas - the Appalachian and Cape Breton influences (and others) flavor their tastes. It is these unique flavor combinations that excite the palate, spice up the music and hopefully entice the listeners to sit down for another helping. Every opportunity they have to serve up their music is a joy, and each venue on this list has contributed to their recipes, and is much appreciated by the chefs...er....band members.
